Our story
Built on repeat customers
Founder Marcus Hale spent a decade on commercial crews before starting All In Plumbing out of his garage in midtown Tucson. The name came from a promise: every job gets the full weight of the company behind it, whether it's a dripping hose bibb or a whole-home repipe.
Today the team runs eight trucks across Southern Arizona, and more than three quarters of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals. We keep the crew small enough that the person who quotes your job is accountable for how it turns out.
